BOLD Grant Program
Welcome! The CHISPA FOUNDATION Coalition of Hispanics for Progressive Action is dedicated to empowering real estate agents and enhancing their skills to drive success in their businesses and enrich the communities they serve. We are committed to promoting diversity and professional development within the real estate industry. This grant program aims to assist real estate agents in elevating their real estate skills, equipping them with the knowledge and resources to thrive in an ever-evolving real estate industry.
The deadline to submit your completed application for The CHISPA Foundation BOLD Grant closes on Monday, March 25, 2024 and the award announced on April 10, 2024.
Eligible REAL ESTATE AGENTS are:
- Applicant has been a real estate agent (from any agency) for 100 days or more.
- Agent is currently experiencing a financial hardship.
- Agent's rolling 12 month GCI is below $40,000.
- Agent attended the First Step to BOLD.
- Agent has secured office Leadership recommendation for the grant, to be included in the application.
- Agent is not already registered for current BOLD Steps 2-7 at either the time of application or at time of approval.
- Agent is passionate, coachable, and committed to completing the class.
- Agent will commit to attend all 7 classes and graduate.
- Agent has not taken BOLD before.
- Agent has not been a recipient of a BOLD grant from The CHISPA FOUNDATION Coalition of Hispanics for Progressive Action in the past.
